Rahshahr International Group is registered with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) to carry out various activities in the fields of architecture, urban development, road and building, water development, energy and regional planning. The group operates as a holding company.

Rahshahr International Group’s fields of work are summarized in three areas (EPC):

Given the diversity of activities and the need to provide new functions, this group, in cooperation with other reputable companies and with the aim of providing services for construction and development at the national and international levels, has established affiliated companies (satellites with different orientations) that have been registered as 15 separate entities. The affiliated companies operate under the brand of Rahshahr International Group along with other specialized departments.

The diversity and breadth of Rahshahr International Group’s services and quality provision were an incentive to enhance management systems and maintain the group’s position and reputation, so that special measures were taken in this regard.

– One of these measures was the standardization of activities to maintain the level and quality of services. This policy (training employees and updating their knowledge) gradually became one of the most important strategic tools of the group.

– Another important and effective measure was paying attention to high-quality support systems in order to preserve the environment. A new approach in this field led to all communications and correspondence between the central office, provincial offices and abroad being carried out electronically and without the use of paper. (Video conferences, information transfer, etc.)

– Furthermore, by creating a business development system, the group is trying to promote individual, group and organizational creativity in all fields in order to further achieve developmental and result-oriented goals. Therefore, by holding various training courses and seminars, it is trying to create regional planning working groups to carry out research and study projects in addition to its other activities, and it presents programs for sustainable development to relevant organizations to take a fundamental step in the development of the country and the group. The large-scale educational programs of this group ultimately led to the establishment of the Rahshahr International Group’s Scientific-Applied Faculty to pursue educational goals in a completely scientific-educational manner in line with its project activities.
